Home energy assessment
As of July 1, 2020, PSE is ending our Home Energy Assessment program. PSE will no longer be scheduling customers for an HEA or placing customers on our HEA waitlist. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
Why is PSE ending the program?
PSE works to ensure all of our programs deliver energy savings to our customers. In the midst of the continuing COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic, PSE is unable to deliver in-home services safely at a reasonable cost at this time. Therefore, PSE is ending the program as of July 1, 2020.
Will the HEA program restart?
While PSE has no plans to restart the program anytime soon, PSE will consider how in-home services may be designed cost-effectively in the future.
What if I am already on the waitlist for an HEA?
A PSE Energy Advisor will be reaching out to you with information about your options and ways to improve your home’s comfort and energy usage. If you have any questions in the meantime, you may call an Energy Advisor at 1-800-562-1482.
What are my options now that PSE is ending the HEA program?
PSE offers an online home assessment that can help you identify savings opportunities in your home. You’ll get relevant insights by answering a few questions about your home. Log in at pse.com and click “My Usage”.
PSE also offers a variety of rebates for energy efficient products and services. You can review the rebates currently available for PSE customers at www.pse.com/rebates. If you are ready to move forward with an Energy Efficiency project, you may also wish to request a referral to a PSE Recommended Energy Professional (REP) by visiting www.pse.com/rep.
