This filing requests an increase in rates, to recover increased electric and gas revenue requirements, of approximately $139,527,000 (6.9%) and $65,472,810 (7.9%), respectively, on an annual basis.
2019-27 6/27/2019 7/27/2019 The purpose of this filing is to clarify in Schedule 129 the additional Schedule 129 Low Income Program benefit that is available to certain eligible customers who are receiving electric service under Schedule 7 Residential Service but also elect the optional Schedule 171Optional Non-Communicating Meter Service. (Schedule 129 Low Income Program)

7/28/2019 The primary purposes of this filing are to update tariff schedule language in optional Schedule 150 and Schedule 152 to: 1) align with the adopted changes to the RCW related to net metering; 2) eliminate redundant language in Schedule 150 that is included in Schedule 152; 3) update non-reoccurring fees related to the cost to process applications, set up meter aggregation and perform excess site visits; and 4) facilitate an easier way for customers to conduct the application process by removing Attachments “B” and “EZ” from Schedule 150 (and the reference of these attachments in Schedule 152) and making the application available to customers on the PSE.com website.
