6/20/2019 2019 GRC Puget Sound Energy ("PSE" or the "Company") is filing this general rate case to update its electric and natural gas rates and selected tariff schedule sheets. This filing requests an increase in rates, to recover increased electric and gas revenue requirements, of approximately $139,527,000 (6.9%) and $65,472,810 (7.9%), respectively, on an annual basis.    (Schedules - 16, 23, 31, 41, 53, 71, 72, 74, 85, 85T, 86, 86T, 87, 87T, 141, 141X, 142)

2020-01 1/8/2020 2/29/2020 The purpose of this filing is to reduce rates for participation in the voluntary Carbon Offset Service. The filing includes the elimination of the end-date of availability for this service for customers to purchase carbon offsets as described in Transaction Commitment No. 54 in the Multiparty Settlement Stipulation, attached as Appendix A to the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission’s Order No. 8, in Docket No. U-072375. This voluntary service provides natural gas customers the option to contribute to regional projects which will reduce or capture greenhouse gas emissions. This filing reduces the cost per block from $4.00 to $3.00 for every 400 pounds of CO2 Offset. (Schedule 137 Carbon Offset Service)
