Listed below are Puget Sound Energy's regulatory applications/filings currently in review with the UTC. Prior to any changes in our rates and tariffs, we must obtain regulatory approval.

2022-27

12/01/2022 001/01/2023 Puget Sound Energy (“PSE”) hereby submits proposed revisions to its electric Schedule 95, Power Cost Adjustment Clause, and electric Schedule 139, Voluntary Long Term Renewable Energy Purchase Rider. This filing, pursuant to RCW 80.28.060 and Chapter 480-80 WAC, proposes revisions to the following electric tariff sheets.

12/01/2022 01/01/2023 The purpose of this tariff filing is to propose updates to the Company’s electric Schedule 83 Electric Conservation Service and to Schedule 261 Electric Energy Efficiency Program Energy Efficiency Technology Evaluation to meet current requirements.

2022-23

11/30/2022 01/01/2023 The purpose of this filing is to update Schedule 81 Tax Adjustment to reflect the increase of business tax rate on private utility businesses passed by the Puyallup City Council on November 22, 2022. The new ordinance will increase the city utility tax starting in 2023 from 2.2% to 3.2%. Attachment A to this filing is the Puyallup Regular City Council Agenda of City Council Chambers dated November 22, 2022, which documented the passage of the tax increase.

11/08/2022 12/09/2022 The purpose of this tariff filing is to meet expanding customer expectations by revising existing electric service schedules to eliminate end dates for these services, helping to accelerate the transition to a cleaner energy future and further advance transportation electrification (“TE”) in Washington State. The proposed revisions to the existing electric service schedules will allow PSE to continue to offer these services in support of the growing electric vehicle customer base.

10/31/2022 01/01/2023 The purpose of this filing is to submit a rate filing for electric Schedule 95A Federal Incentive Tracker. The filing results in an overall increase in electric bills for customers.

2022-19

10/27/2022 01/01/2023 These revisions include the proposed standard rates for purchases from Qualifying Facilities (“QF”) of five megawatts or less and an updated schedule of PSE’s Estimated Avoided Costs of Energy and Capacity.

01/31/2022 03/02/2022 Puget Sound Energy ("PSE" or the "Company") is filing this multiyear rate plan general rate case to update its electric and natural gas rates and selected tariff schedule sheets. This filing requests an increase in base rate schedules, to recover increased electric and gas revenue requirements.

11/01/2022 01/01/2023 The purpose of this filing is to adjust the monthly rate per block of Carbon Offset, and to add additional clarifying language regarding the therm equivalent per Carbon Offset. This filing increases the monthly rate per block from $3.00 to $4.50 for every 400 pounds of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent (or 34.217 therms).
