Listed below are Puget Sound Energy's regulatory applications/filings currently in review with the UTC. Prior to any changes in our rates and tariffs, we must obtain regulatory approval.

2019-20 5/16/2019 6/17/2019 The purpose of this filing is to include the effect of the municipal utility tax levy rates in Schedule 81 per the discussions between PSE and the staff of Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission after PSE’s filing of City of Lake Stevens utility tax update in January 2019. (Schedule 81 Tax Adjustment)
2019-22 5/31/2019 7/1/2019 The primary purpose of this filing is to update electric Schedule 95 Power Cost Adjustment Clause rates to reflect PSE passing through the Transition Fee as required by Section 12 of the Microsoft Special Contract1 (“Special Contract”).
2019-24 6/6/2019 7/7/2019 The purpose of this filing is to add a new factor under Schedule 87 that will be applicable to customers’ Contributions in Aid of Construction (“CIAC”) toward an electric vehicle charging equipment/station that PSE installs at their site under Schedule 552, Electric Vehicle Residential Charging Products and Services.

2019-23 5/31/2019 11/1/2019 The purpose of this filing is to submit a tariff filing in accordance with the Commission’s Policy on Accelerated Replacement of Pipeline Facilities with Elevated Risk in Docket No. UG-120715 (“Policy Statement”), which provided in paragraph 64 that a company may request a CRM by June 1 of any subsequent year.
