PSE’s highest priority is the health and safety of our employees and communities. As such, we continue to adhere to current CDC guidance regarding COVID-19 while working in our community.

We are requiring our employees to maintain physical distancing while working in the field and offices. We encourage our customers to do the same when engaging with our employees.

Confirmation – You Have Taken Ownership of Your Water Heater

We have received your electronically signed Bill of Sale for your water heater. You are now the owner of the equipment and solely responsible for repair or replacement of the water heater and for ensuring that your gas water heater continues to operate safely and reliably.

If you have a payoff balance due, you will receive the bill in the mail within 1-2 weeks. If you need assistance in paying any remaining balance, PSE can offer payment plans that allow you to pay your payoff balance over a period of up to 12 months.

If you have multiple water heaters and wish to take ownership, please note that a separate Bill of Sale is required for each piece of equipment and you can click here to complete the Bill of Sale.
