With Governor Inslee’s Safe Start Washington county-by-county phased re-opening approach, PSE is gradually returning maintenance and construction crews back into the field and offices. PSE’s highest priority is the health and safety of our employees and communities. As such, we continue to adhere to current CDC guidance regarding COVID-19 while working in our community.

We are requiring our employees to maintain physical distancing while working in the field and offices. We encourage our customers to do the same when engaging with our employees.

Restoration times are estimates only. While we work on restoring power, the estimated restoration time will read "under investigation." In a major storm or event, it can take 24 hours or longer to provide accurate information. It may take up to 20 minutes after reporting your outage before it shows up on the outage map.

Status definitions

  • Outage reported: Needs assessment.
  • Waiting for repairs: Cause identified; waiting for crew to be dispatched.
  • Crew assigned: Work scheduled; crew arrival time dependent on other jobs.
  • Repair crew on site: A crew is onsite making repairs.
