Mary joined PSE from El Paso Electric (EPE), where she served as chief executive officer since 2015 and president since 2014. With EPE since 2007, Mary held a variety of leadership roles throughout the company, including General Counsel, regulatory and rates, risk management, human resources, external affairs, customer care, environmental and safety.

Prior to EPE, Mary was a prosecuting attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for four years, investigating and prosecuting violations of federal energy laws. Mary also worked as a lawyer at El Paso Natural Gas Company and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Mary is a member of the Board of Directors and the Sustainability and Audit Committees of Boston Properties. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Hawaiian Electric Company. Mary serves as co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute’s Institute for Electric Innovation. She is a past Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, former chair of SEPA (Smart Electric Power Alliance) and former Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alliance to Save Energy.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and is an alumnus of Exeter College, Oxford University.

Prior to joining PSE, Kim held executive roles inside and outside of the utility industry. From 2009 to 2016, she served as deputy director of Seattle Public Utilities, where she was the Officer responsible for human resources, environmental justice and service equity, safety and HR operations, and data management. Prior to that, she was director of human resources for Cox Communications in Phoenix, Arizona. She’s also held roles with The Dial Corporation, Motorola and Kinko’s, Inc.

Kim serves on the Board of the Puget Sound Energy Foundation and on the Advisory Board for the Energy Executive Course of the College of Business and Economics at the University of Idaho.

She also serves as a member of the African American Advisory Council for the Bellevue Police Department and as a Community Representative for the Independent Force Investigation Team of King County, WA.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in business from The College of New Jersey. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.

He is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of financial areas of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, risk management and investor relations. Kazi also oversees resource acquisition to drive PSE’s clean energy transition.

Kazi is an energy industry leader with global experience in Asia, Europe and the United States. Prior to joining PSE in June 2021, Kazi served as chief financial officer of Cleco Corporate Holdings, LLC in Louisiana since 2018. Before that, Kazi worked with The AES Corporation for more than 20 years, where he held a number of executive roles including chief risk officer and vice president from 2014 to 2018. Kazi began his career in technology and business startup before transitioning to business and project development in the energy industry. He progressively assumed various business units, divisional and global executive leadership roles at AES, working in over 15 countries.

Kazi served as member of the boards of APR Energy and multiple public utilities in the US and Brazil. He earned a bachelor of engineering degree in electrical and electronics from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology; a master’s degree of business administration from Dhaka University; and an executive master’s degree from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business. He is also a CFA® charter holder, CFA Institute and holds a FRM certification.

Margaret began her career at Philip Morris, holding down several technical and leadership positions. From there, her career grew into roles at The Chubb Corporation as AVP, infrastructure manager, and at Safeco Insurance as vice president of IT operations, the latter of which she held an executive seat on the Leadership Committee. She joined PSE in 2009 as director of IT infrastructure.

Her involvement with Fortune 100 companies has helped support a reputation for building strong relationships with internal lines of business, a thorough understanding of information technology, constructive dialogue with external customers, and proven cost-reduction strategies. Within the company, Margaret believes developing individual career paths promotes a positive impact on the quality of the corporate culture. She has been executive mentor to the Executive Development Institute in Seattle’s Puget Sound region where she provided professional coaching and mentoring services to mid-senior level leaders. In 2022, she was recognized by her peers with the Seattle CIO of the Year ORBIE Award. Always interested in giving back to the community, she is a founding member and officer of Saint Vincent de Paul, Woodinville chapter.

Margaret holds a degree from Penn State, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.

Josh joined PSE in 1998 and has held many roles at the company, including customer service, procurement, energy supply, and grid operations. He most recently served as director of Generation and Transmission Development, where he was responsible for leading PSE’s development of company-owned generation and transmission assets and optimizing transmission capacity. Prior to that, he led PSE’s customer transformation initiative called Get to Zero, a multi-year effort focused on improving various aspects of PSE’s customer experience. Josh also served as the lead for PSE’s CAISO EIM implementation, directing both the technology and policy initiatives for PSE’s entrance into the market in 2016.

Josh is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

For more than 30 years, Ken has worked in senior leadership roles in regulatory, legislative and public affairs. Prior to joining Puget Sound Energy in 2006, Ken worked for Bank of America as senior vice president of Government Affairs. His responsibilities included strategic policy and relationship development and coordination of legislative advocacy in 11 western states.

Ken moved to Washington in 1998 after more than 20 years in Alaska. After completing The Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1983, he tried his hand at commercial salmon fishing near Kachemak Bay, then helped build natural gas utility infrastructure on the North Slope above the Arctic Circle. Ken studied business and economics in college, worked as senior policy staff for the Alaska State Legislature, refurbished a mansion into a thriving bed and breakfast, and led government affairs efforts for multiple organizations.

Dan is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering, project and construction management, and utility management. Since joining PSE in 2010, Dan has led large and complex projects in power generation and transmission and delivery; been responsible for engineering and project delivery for both gas and electric operations; and overseen the 24/7 operations of PSE’s electric delivery system and control room operations. Prior to joining PSE, he worked in the oil and gas, offshore and marine sectors.

Dan is a licensed professional engineer in Washington and California and received his bachelor of science degree in mechnical engineering from the University of Washington. Dan is married and lives in Redmond, Washington.

Lorna has 20 years of utility experience and has held multiple roles throughout her long tenure at PSE, most recently as assistant general counsel and director of PSE’s Environmental Services Department. Lorna has led the company on compliance, regulatory issues, environmental strategy, climate change policy and mitigation, energy infrastructure siting, permitting, due diligence, and dispute resolution matters with additional experience with real estate, energy, contracts, municipal and transactional legal work. Prior to joining PSE, Lorna worked as an environmental lawyer at Heller Ehrman, LLP, Marten and Brown. LLP, and Arcadis representing a variety of clients on environmental, energy, regulatory and compliance matters. Before her law career she worked as a hydrogeologist for an environmental engineering firm

Lorna received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both geology and economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School with a certificate in Environmental Natural Resources Law. She is an active member of the community, serving in various roles with youth, education and conservation.

Ron has worked in engineering, long range planning, construction management, environmental health and safety, and permitting in the mining, chemical and utility generation industries. In his 10 years with PSE, Ron has brought a strong focus on safety, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to helping PSE become an even stronger clean energy provider of choice for our customers.

Ron graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BSc in Mining Engineering and a minor in Economics. Ron is married and has two children.

Wade has more than 30 years of operational experience. He joined PSE in July 2022 from Pacific Gas & Electric, where he served as senior vice president, Electric Operations, responsible for electric transmission and distribution operations and maintenance, as well as emergency preparedness and response efforts.

Prior to that, he held a number of leadership roles over the course of three decades at American Electric Power (AEP). That includes serving as senior vice president, Grid Development; president and chief operating officer for AEP Texas; vice president, Transmission Engineering and Project Services for AEP Service Corporation; and director, Gas Turbine and Joint Venture Operations for AEP Service Corporation, among other operations and engineering roles at the company.

Wade holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Abilene Christian University. He graduated from The Executive Program at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and from the Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the community, serving on non-profit boards in the areas where he has lived.
